| Hillsborough Garden Party |
| Friday 29th June 2012 |
What a great way to end this Rotary Year - why not take four in a car and head to the beautiful county of Down in Northern Ireland?
This special, exclusive Garden Party, on Friday 29th June, for Rotarians, colleagues, friends and family, will be held in the grounds of the magnificent Hillsborough Castle, with the kind permission of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, to mark the Centenary of Rotary in Ireland.

| Charities Fundraising: Tesco Christmas 'Tree of Hope' |
| Collected through December 2011 |
Carrickfergus Rotary Clubs 'Tree of Hope' organised by Rotarian Sam Crowe and sited at Tesco's store in the run up to Christmas, offered members of the public the opportunity to buy different coloured ribbons in support of Action Cancer, Children's Hospice or Alzheimer's.
Cheques were presented to the benefiting Charities at the Club Meeting on Wednesday 29th February 2012.

The Area Final of the Rotary Youth Leadership Development Competition was held at the Clarion Hotel on Wednesday 30th November when pupils from local schools were interviewed, all hoping for a place on the trip to the European Parliament at Strasbourg in March 2012.
